Play Group

My good friend BJ started a traveling play group. Last week we went to see the Train Museum in Tooele. They took us on a small tour, which Spencer didn't stand still for at all, and then they were able to go and look in the trains. They also had a train ride, which Spencer only lasted 2 seconds before he started crying and tried to jump off. Silly boy is attached at my hip lately! One of the older ladies sitting on a bench grabbed Spencer and hugged him and said, "You are going to play football one day." She was a cute lady! Afterwards we went to BJ's for popsciles. The kids played in the yard and had a great time. Thanks BJ, I can't wait until the next one!

For Robyn

This post is titled "For Robyn" because she likes teeth and has also been asking to see some videos. I just haven't had time to post them. I have a lot more, but my editing program isn't working so I will put them on soon!

Here is Addelyn's poor mouth. She has about 6 teeth coming in the bottom and 4 on the bottom. I didn't take the picture of the bottom because one, she probably wouldn't have let me and two, it pretty much looks the same.

This is Spencer reading a book. Sorry it is sideways. He is just so into the book! So cute!

This is Addy making her scrunched up nose!

Finally Finished

We still haven't come to the decision on whether we are going to sell our condo or not. We would really like to, but it just overwhelms me to think of people coming in my house all the time. We don't mind having a smaller home, but we could really use a garage and more storage space. We of course just feel blessed that we have a home and aren't complaining by any means.

Thanks to Nicole's great idea and help, we were able to put down pea gravel in our backyard. The dogs were ruining the grass and we couldn't keep up with all the weeds. The Saturday we worked on it, I think it took more time cleaning out the yard than it did to shovel all the gravel. My mom then helped us buy a fun swing set and it is all up. Now all we need is a tramp and Spencer would never come inside. He loves trampolines! It is so nice to have up.

He has played in the yard more in the last month than he has in his whole 2 years. Kyleigh and Audrey played with him on Wednesday and got wet playing with water. Today he is playing with Abi and having a really fun time! He evens like to play with his sister! It is just so nice!

On Friday, June 5th, Addy went in for her well check-up. She is 18.6lbs and 29 inches long. They said she was in the 15% for weight and 65% for height. I am wondering if they meant to say 50% though as that seems to be more accurate. I will have to ask next time we go in. Spencer was 26.6lbs (I always remembered him being 23) and 29.5 inches long! So the same height almost, but 8lbs more!! This week she is standing more on her own and has even started to try and scoot around while standing! Her two fangs finally popped through yesterday. They had been sitting there waiting for almost a month now. It looks like she will be getting her two front ones soon as well. She is always happy and is one of Spencer's very best friend! I am so glad she is in our family!

This doesn't look like at her at all to me. She looks so grown-up!
