It's been awhile...

I have been busy trying to have this baby! I am so surprised that she didn't come on her own. I am scheduled to be induced tomorrow, so look for updates! We haven't been up to much around here.
Just the basic car troubles (well more than basic), cleaning frenzy (that would be me), and change of Job location and hours for Clif (he is working in Dugway for at least a couple of weeks...they do 4-10's and it makes for a LONG day)! Here are a few pictures of other fun things we have been up to...Spencer getting his first tattoo, playing in the water, etc.

Update

I didn't have Addelyn like I planned! I for sure thought she would come, I guess she just isn't ready yet. I have had contractions as close as 5 minutes apart and have been to the hospital twice. I now known that I just am going to get contractions and won't go in unless they are consistent for 2-3 hours. I am also dilated to a 3plus and 80% effaced. The good news is my doctor is back and he agreed to induce me on June 2 if I don't go before then. That at least gives me something to look forward to. However, these contractions hurt and I would much rather her come before then!

Spencer & Addelyn's Room

We finally finished painting, sanding, and hanging the letters for Addelyn's name. I really hate the fact that we have two huge rooms instead of 1 big one and two little ones. I wish they each could have their own room, but for now I think we made it work. Plus, we most likely wont be in this house next year and can start looking for a place with at least 3 bedrooms. Spencer's room originally had blue and red stripes, so in order to make it work we painted the red stripe the plum color from Addelyn's bedding. The most important thing is we are done and feel okay if she were to come tomorrow...because believe me she sure is trying!

Dr. Appointment

I went to the doctor yesterday and I am back to 1-2 cm and 70% effaced. He wants me to be more careful and stay off my feet more. The good news is that he is only going to be gone until May 19th now. Funny thing is Spencer was born at 36 weeks on a full moon and when I went into early labor with Addelyn I looked up the next full moon, which happens to be May 19th. I hope she holds off until he gets back. The only bad thing about that is that is the week Clif is in school. I guess we will just have to wait and see. I am sure ready for her to be here soon!

Sunday

Church in Wellsville starts at 9:00 in the morning. Even though it is hard for me to get up and going that early, I really like that time. I felt like we had the whole day to hang-out without having it cut in half. Church was really spiritual and uplifting for me. I was really glad that I went. After church we had ate and then went to the duck pond. The dogs enjoyed swimming and Spencer enjoyed spending time with Grandma Lila. He especially enjoyed the cookies and cream cake that Gordon's parents brought (who by the way are one of the sweetest people I've met)!

Congratulations Gordon!

My brother-in-law graduated from USU this weekend. It was three years ago that I also graduated from USU so it brought back a lot of memories. I know how hard he worked and how much it means and I am very proud of him. Way to go!

Fun at the Park

Since Clif has been working overtime and I have been on bed rest, Spencer and I both have gone a little stir crazy. The other day I decided to walk across the street and sit on the bench while Spencer walked around. He loved it so much that it made me want our own big backyard so bad. Soon enough, right?
