This past week we have been busy. On the 4th of July we went with our good friends Nicole and Evan to their families get together. It was at Nicole's sister home and it was a lot of fun. They had a great, nice big backyard and Spencer really enjoyed playing with all of the kids. We really appreciated having some where to go since my family lives far away and Clif's family was having fun river rafting.

I was trying to get a picture of them in their outfits, but Spencer just wanted to give his sister a kiss. It amazes me how much he genuinely loves her. It is like he remembers her from heaven.

I love it when she smiles!

Don't they make the cutest couple?

Here is Clif having a great time jumping on the tramp. I can't wait to get one as we all really enjoy it.
The next day we decided to head into Salt Lake again to exchange some items I had bought for the kids. While we were at Old Navy Spencer slipped and hit his head on the metal part of the bottom rack. I was so scared because the noise that was made had some ladies walking by gasp from it. He received a big goose egg and a lot of love form his dad and I. The poor thing must be growing or teething because ever since he has been so clumsy and clingy to me.

Surprisingly he is still happy.
On Monday Spencer and I got our hair done. I got mine colored darker and he got his cut. He is becoming such a handsome boy. He makes me so proud. (As you can see his bruise is getting much better as well). I am still getting used to my hair, buthave found I like it much better curly than straight. That makes is nice for me since it only takes about 10 minutes to make it curly.

Then on Tuesday I had my 6 week check-up (even though it really has only been 5). (Suzie had to come and help me get the kids ready in time because they both love to cry at the same time every morning)! I was planning on getting an IUD in because I have already started getting cramps...warning me that my period is soon to come! While I was there I found out the most annoying news! My doctor hadn't filled out the paper work to be put on as a provider for my insurance and a lot of others. Therefore, instead of only paying $1200 for the year it increases to $4200 and they only pay 60% instead of 80%! The office is going to cover whatever our insurance would have paid, which is nice and dandy as long as they know that I only have about $200 left to pay of the $1200. I hope it all works out because all I know is I have been really careful to save and I am not paying more than necessary. So anyhow because of this I didn't get my IUD or I would have to pay more for that. I now have to wait and have to deal with these awful cramps!
Other than that life has been good. Today I gave Spencer some ketchup to eat his fries and chicken nuggets with. He had watched me dip my fries in it and proceeded to do the same. (I love how kids brains our like sponges...they soak everything up). He then decided he loved the ketuchp so much that he would drink it. He is too funny!

Here is is with ketchup all over his face! What a character!
Last, but not least is my little Addelyn. Clif now calls her Peacock..and she does sound like one when she cries. She still cries a lot, but is doing much better.

I wanted to show this picture of her because her eyes are actually open!

Don't they look so much a like? Clif says he doesn't see it, but I sure do!
Well that has been our week. Tomorrow we are off to Logan to spend some time with Robyn and Gordon and of course the rest of the family. I just want them to know that I am going to really miss them. I love them both with all of my heart and wish only the very best for them. Good luck you two!
